Timing the reveal
The same rule as Prague applies: if the proposal itself happens at dinner, brief the restaurant when you book — grand rooms handle champagne timing beautifully when warned. If the proposal happens outside (the Vienna locations we shoot are mostly within walking distance of these tables), reserve for an hour after your session so the portraits aren't rushed.
