Before the day we agree on an exact spot, a time window, and a simple signal. You'll get a pin, a photo of the exact standing position, and our phone number on WhatsApp. You never have to look for us — we find you.
Prague is beautiful in any weather, and we monitor the forecast together in the days before. If conditions are truly bad, we move the session to a covered location or reschedule within your stay at no cost.
A same-week preview of highlights, and the full edited gallery within 5–7 days depending on the package. Our fastest full delivery to date is 48 hours.
Yes. Location choice, timing for the best light, avoiding crowds, flowers, champagne, even keeping the secret in shared calendars — planning support is included in every experience.
A 30% deposit paid securely online (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) locks your date. The balance is due before the shoot. If we ever have to cancel, you receive a full refund.
You can move your session to any available date free of charge up to 7 days before the shoot. Cancellations more than 14 days out receive the deposit back as a voucher valid for one year.

Yes — drone footage (+€90), a second photographer angle (+€120), and a 60-second video teaser (+€150) can be added to any package, subject to local flight rules at the chosen location.
