Havlíčkovy Sady (Grébovka) Proposal in Prague

Propose among working vines, wine glass in hand.

A Little History

Six words or six centuries — the story first.

Industrialist Moritz Gröbe built his villa and gardens here in the 1870s over vineyards first planted in the age of Charles IV. The terraced vines still produce, and the wooden gazebo pours their wine.

Why It's Romantic

The atmosphere you're proposing into.

Rows of vines dropping toward the city, an ornamental grotto, and the viniční altán — a vineyard gazebo where you drink white wine grown twenty metres away as the sun sets.

Is Havlíčkovy Sady (Grébovka) right for your proposal?

Made for wine-loving couples: propose between the vine rows, toast at the gazebo with the vineyard's own bottle. September harvest weeks add golden light and grape-heavy vines.
