Day 1 — Arrive and fall for the Old Town
Check in, then wander: Old Town Square at dusk, the Astronomical Clock, dinner in a candlelit cellar or along the river. End with a first look at Charles Bridge at night — it plants the idea that "we should come back here in the morning sometime", which is exactly what you need for tomorrow. Early night; day two starts golden.
Day 2 — The question (disguised as a perfect day)
Morning: the proposal, at golden hour, at the spot we've planned together — the bridge, a garden terrace, the riverbank. We're already there, unseen; twenty minutes later you're engaged and mid-portrait-session. Late morning: celebration breakfast at a grand café, calls to families. Day 3 — Engaged in Prague
Sleep in. Then the victory lap: Petřín Hill or the Vrtba Garden with the ring catching the light, a lazy lunch on Kampa Island, and a sunset river cruise — or, if you kept it for the finale, the private boat. Buy something small and permanent from an Old Town antique shop: the first heirloom of the engagement.
Swap-ins, depending on your couple
Winter trip? Day two moves to late morning light and the Christmas markets take the evening. Food-first couple? Trade the castle afternoon for a tasting menu lunch. Family joining? Day three becomes the reveal celebration. The skeleton holds; the flesh is yours.
