Schönbrunn Palace Gardens Proposal in Vienna

Imperial baroque gardens climbing to a hilltop colonnade.

A Little History

The story first.

The Habsburgs' summer residence, Schönbrunn was built in its present baroque form under Maria Theresa in the mid-1700s. Its vast formal gardens rise to the Gloriette, a triumphal colonnade crowning the hill, and the whole ensemble is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Why It's Romantic

The atmosphere you're proposing into.

Parterres of clipped hedges and flowers, fountains, the palace glowing yellow below and the Gloriette above with all of Vienna beyond — grandeur on a scale that takes the breath away.
