A walled monastery orchard from the 13th century.
Recorded as early as 1248 as a monastery orchard, Vojanovy sady is considered Prague's oldest surviving garden — a walled rectangle of fruit trees, chapels, and lawns hidden in the middle of Malá Strana.
Peacocks doze in the branches, magnolias explode in April, and the high walls swallow the city's noise entirely. Most passers-by on U Lužického semináře street never notice the gate.

The most private "public" garden in central Prague — ideal for shy couples who want the moment truly between themselves. Blossom season here is breathtaking and strangely uncrowded.
