Kahlenberg Proposal in Vienna

A wooded hill of vineyards over Vienna and the Danube.

A Little History

The story first.

The Kahlenberg, on Vienna's northern edge, was where the relief army gathered before the decisive 1683 battle that lifted the Ottoman siege. Today its slopes are covered in the vineyards that make Vienna the only capital with serious wine within its limits.

Why It's Romantic

The atmosphere you're proposing into.

Rows of vines dropping toward the city, the Danube curving below, a terrace church and a heuriger wine tavern — Vienna spread beneath you with a glass of its own wine in hand.

For couples who love a view and a vineyard. We propose at the terrace overlook or among the vines at golden hour, then toast at a nearby heuriger — romantic and unhurried.
