For 600 years the Liechtensteins composed this corner of Moravia into one vast pleasure landscape — a neo-gothic palace at Lednice, a baroque one at Valtice, and between them lakes, avenues and follies including a 60-metre minaret. UNESCO lists the whole 280 km² as a single work of art.
Punts glide from the palace greenhouse across lakes to the minaret; the palm house steams behind glass; avenues run to temples named for Apollo and the Three Graces. It is a landscape with no purpose except delight — which is, more or less, the definition of a honeymoon.

The grandest garden proposal in the country: the question by the lake with the minaret floating behind, or in the palm house if the weather turns. Boats run April–October. It's a long day from Prague — pair with Mikulov's wine hills, 20 minutes away, and stay the night in wine country.
Day-trip proposals run from our Prague base — travel is quoted transparently with your date (from +€180 for destinations within ~2 hours; further afield individually). One trip, one price, no surprises.
