Harvest in the city
Prague grows wine inside the city — the Grébovka vineyard in Havlíčkovy sady is the romantic heart of it, with a gazebo above the vines and a wine bar in the middle of them. September proposals here come with a built-in toast: burčák season.
Light and weather
Sunrise around 6:40, sunset around 19:10 mid-month. Days at 11–20 °C, the year's most reliable photographic light — low sun, long shadows, no summer haze. Evenings need a layer.
Crowds
Early September still runs at summer pace; after the middle of the month the landmarks relax noticeably. It's the start of the best value window — summer's beauty, shoulder-season space.
